In general it's quite a nice hotel very nice looking. We had the family room I believe it's called with two separate bedrooms and a living room and even one and a half baths. It was huge and if the things that fathered me weren't there it would be fantastic. First and most important for me was the bed. The king size bed was very hard. Hard enough to even make my leg fall asleep. It was nice to have three separate thermostats in each of the rooms. However in the biggest room, the living room, no matter what you did with the temperature it stayed warm. So it seems there's some mechanical deficiencies as well. That's about it. Most important thing about a hotel room is quality sleep and I didn't get that here.

It was a short stay but nothing major, Just a simple and handy hotel with ideal location, rooms are good and the service are below par. Basic requirements were available and that’s all you should expect in Europe hotels these days. Rooms are clean, nice view and comfortable. Buffet Breakfast was okay with continental cuisine and all the needed ingredients were available. I love the automatic coffee machine with various options.

Hotel is ok but pretty soulless, no personality and feels like a generic office block. Rooms and bathrooms are of a decent size, but cleanliness could do with some attention (hairs on the bed, toilet could use a bleach, attention to detail). Breakfast decent. My biggest frustration was the WiFi, it hovered between 4-6mbps which meant I could not take calls or work effectively. I complained to the front desk who said I wasn’t the first to complain, and they’d have their tech team look at it. Nothing happened over the course of my stay so I had to find another place to work. On check-out I mentioned this again and they said ‘they’d have the tech team look at it’, something I had been told several nights before. They also said they would have switched my room, which would have made no difference because it was slow everywhere. Not a great experience overall.

Hotel in a great location, down the street to the train station one way, the bus station the other. Front desk staff is reasonably helpful in getting taxis to take you the sights (forget Uber in Munich, it's useless). The front desk manager -Alex A.--- is one of the most professional and thorough I've ever dealt with. We visited during the the big snowstorm, when all travel was halted and without Alex, I don't know what we would have done. The guy deserves a promotion. Rooms are nice sized, but for some reason, you cannot get the heat above 16-18 degrees, which is a problem in December, in my opinion. The staff does compensate for this by offering extra blankets, but you have to ask for them. Breakfast buffet has many choices, decent quality of food. The biggest problem is that they only ever have 1 to 2 service staff for the whole breakfast dining room, and those folks run themselves ragged. This problem extends into the evening, where service in the bar (dining room not open) is -to be polite- uneven. One night we gave up after waiting 1 3/4 hours for a burger and some pasta. Without Alex at the front desk, this place loses at least one star. Overall, not a bad hotel.

The hotel is very conveniently located for the S-bahn station if you are coming from the airport. Our room was large and bright with a big bathroom. We weren't really keen on the semi-opaque glass wall between the room and the bathroom but everything else was fine. There was a great selection at breakfast and everything was kept topped up even when it was really busy. The bar area is pleasant but the poor barman is really pushed to his limits and needs more staff to help him! Customer service, especially from the reception staff, was excellent. Would definitely use this hotel again.
